LOGLINE:
An arrogant National Champion football coach must redeem himself and win back his job by coaching a 12 year-old girl’s soccer team.
SYNOPSIS:
Superstar college football coach Jake Rogers is a winner, plain and simple. An All-American football player who has transformed into a National Champioship winning coach (Nick Saban with a Han Solo attitude). Jake has no time for political correctness, and after some negative words about a female kicker, Jake is suspended for the season. In order to win his job back, he is forced to do 150 hours of community service and attend a sensitivity seminar. His newly installed Athletic Director is a whip-smart, attractive young woman named Charli who assigns Jake a new gig: turn a rag-tag group of 12 year-old girls into soccer champions. Jake begrudgingly accepts, and it leads to a funny, sweet, heartfelt journey of acceptance, teamwork, redemption and possibly romance.
